My primary focus is brand development and strategy through immersive research. Organizing, producing events, and actively participating within communities reveal authentic insights. I truly believe you cannot provide meaningful consultation unless you have boots on the ground.

Current Projects:

Asian American Town, is currently a community-based project that connects local Asian American changemakers in the Portland, Oregon metro area (Instagram link) with the ultimate goal of creating cross-functional spaces all over the country. Through activations and collaborations, we are exploring the space-related needs of different communities. After a soft launch at the end of July, the project officially started with its first event on September 24th, 2022. After producing a wide range of events and programs everything culminated in a flagship event called the Legendary Makers Market. The inaugural debut of this festival in partnership with the Portland Night Market happened November 3-4, 2023 at their space in the industrial district of inner South East Portland. It attracted over 130 vendors and partners with an attendance of over 13,000 far exceeding the expected 8-10,000 predicted by the Portland Night Market team.

Within less than a year a second edition was produced with the support of the City of Beaverton, Oregon July 26th-28th, 2024. It was held at the Round in Beaverton and included a takeover of the Patricia Reser Performing Center for the Performing Arts. This time we had over 200 vendors and partners drawing an estimated attendance of 30-40,000. Planning for the next festival is already in motion for July 12th-13th, 2025.
