Rose City Wellness Week (2018)

An annual wellness program series focused on the eight dimensions of wellness.

My role consisted of securing an informal team, overall management of the week, securing sponsors, and coordinating partnerships. The first year we allowed select organizations to lead their own programs under the banner of the week. Our energy was spent producing one large final program to end the week.

  • Timeline: 2 months

  • Programs: 7 partners programs, 1 directly produced

  • 400+ Attendees: across eight different programs

  • 30+ Partners: program partners, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers

  • Timeline: 29 days total from initiation to execution

  • Marketing:

    • 1,400 Fliers: posted all over Portland, Oregon

    • 4 Chalk Murals: coordinated with block parties to promote

    • 23,159 Social Media Impressions: across 26 channels

    • 3 Mentions: KBOO radio show, Black Bulb Podcast, Lost N’ Portland
